This could be fun!

Okay, so the holidays are here!  I'm not sure if it's me, but it is SO difficult to stay away from food. It is everywhere!  I'm not saying that we should completely deprive ourselves of all the season's goodies.  We(I) simply need to exercise a little selfcontrol during the next month.
Here's an idea...
I would like for you all to come up with weekly challenges, then email them back to me. I will send out a new challenge every week. Keep it REALISTIC!!! We want goals that we can actually achieve. I think that this could be a really good, easy, FUN way for us to make it through December.  If you all participate this could even get us through the winter.
I'm excited to see what challenges you come up with!

OUR FIRST CHALLENGE:

NO fast food or fried food
4 glasses of water a day

Remember this is only for one week. We can do it!!!
