How do you make a fat girl feel fatter? Give her a chef's coat that's 4 sizes too big and tell her she gets to wear it in front of a few hundred people. :)
In January, 2008, my Dad had a heart attack. I was 27 years old and weighed 198lbs. I knew that I HAD to do something to avoid being in the exact situation that my Daddy was in.
It has been a long road and I expect it to be even longer. I'm not doing anything crazy, I'm being realistic. Most importantly, I am trying to keep my focus on my AWESOME GOD along the way.
