Help!

This week's tentative menu:
Turkey Enchiladas Recipe
Sloppy Joes made w/ground turkey
Jambalaya?

I'm blank.  With a sufficiently stocked kitchen, I have no idea what to cook this week.  It's easy to get into the habit of making the same things over and over again.  Do you have any suggestions?

A friend recommended using http://www.e-mealz.com/.  Are you familiar with this site?  I'd love some opinions!

Thanks for your help and I hope you're having a fantastic week!

Okay, so I made up this super yummy recipe this week but there were a lot of things I realize I could have done to make it healthier, so here's my new healthy version. The kids loved it by the way!

You need:

3 cans of light crescent rolls
1 block fat free cream cheese
3 cans of chicken breast
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup light mayo
You can add veggies like carrots, celery, onions, etc.

Put the cream cheese, chicken breast, dressing mix, and mayo (and veggies) into the food processor and blend until well mixed and veggies are chopped. Roll out crescent rolls. Make a square by putting two triangles together and place into a muffin pan. Fill the dough with about 3/4 of an ice cream scoop full of the cream cheese mixture. Wrap the four edges of the dough over each other. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until tops are golden brown. Enjoy warm. Try variations to suit your family :)

We are mostly vegetarian now, so I can give you some great recipes for veggie meals. I made lasagna last night and butternut squash ravioli earlier in the week. Tonight is stir fry.
